How can I add my number to the number plate of paintings that I downloaded

How can I put a number on paintings that do not have one? (That is, they only have the black or white number plate) Please help!!!

I forgot to clarify that I am with the yz 125, and if I am not wrong on this bike the numbers are not shown on the number plates, could you help me with that little detail more please?

true, they dont show up on that bike. you'd have to edit the template in photoshop/gimp or something similar and export it to .pnt using PaintEd.

Thank you bro, I appreciate that you take your time to help me, just one last stupid question, when I want to open the file for editing I get that GIMP couldn't open it because it doesn't recognize the file type
