Banned From Steam VR #5 (Forest)

This is the second time I've been banned. The first was a 24hr i think, because i logged on the next day. This one has lasted a couple days, and i'd like to know why i keep getting banned.
The only thing i can think of, is saying things like "Really?" and "Come on man" when people aren't paying attention or ride directly into you during a race.
If that is the case, that really doesn't make sense..

you can get auto banned until the server restarts for having too high ping, could that be what happened?

Possibly, i did not know that. Thank you. Do you know the limit? My ping isn't really super high. rn it's 74

it differs per server, iirc they set their limit at 200-300+. maybe something else was the cause then
